If you are presently searching for a UK copywriter, you may be slightly confused by the array of unique sorts of writers out there. When you don’t know your digital copywriters from your Seo writers, maybe somewhat clarification and ‘myth busting’ may possibly be in order…

What’s an Seo copywriter? Seo copywriters specialise inside the ‘optimisation’ part, producing keyword-rich content that has the primary purpose of pushing your page up the rankings. They comprehend what the search engine ‘bots are searching for, they know the newest search terms utilised by human visitors and they know precisely what terms to contain inside your content material to create it function successfully. Seo content interests each the search engines and your all-important human visitors (the ones using the cash to devote on your items).

What’s a web copywriter? A net copywriter structures your content material and produces engaging, fresh and original copy that encourages human visitors to interact together with your website rather than bouncing to a rival. They also know about keywords and strategic positioning to encourage search engine ‘bots…

Just a minute, is not that what Search engine optimization copywriters do? Okay, so what is a digital copywriter? A digital copywriter doesn’t just write net content material. They have a broader range of abilities which will incorporate social media positioning, e-mail copy-writing, producing press releases, writing , Tweets or updates, too as how that copy interacts together with your Seo content… and there we are again – are you seeing a pattern emerging here?

We keep coming back to those 3 letters – Search engine optimization. Having said that, let’s bust a myth ideal here – Seo doesn’t just mean ‘search’. Optimisation indicates making every single line of copy, every keyword and each and every piece of on-line content material work as challenging as probable. Yes, it’s there to push you up the rankings, but page rankings are absolutely nothing with out conversions. A website that gets thousands of visits every single day may be high up on ‘s rankings, but unless those visits are converting into sales, your Search engine optimization is failing to do its job properly.

Making a living the simple way is what I would like to do and I am sure I am not alone in this. The fact is that there are three keys to making money the smart way and most people don’t have a clue what they are.

Making money, like everything else, is utilizing energy. You are made of energy and you continuously send messages about money to people and things around you. The energy you send out either attracts or repels your financial success.

Generating income has everything to do with the universal law of energy, the Law of Attraction. You bring in money with the energy you send out from inside of you. Creating wealth has everything to do with your constant thought processes, words, and pictures in your head. It is no secret that the specific thoughts and feelings you have today establish your life tomorrow such as generating income!

Creating wealth is very much about the energy you wear. The energy on you should match with the energy that flows from within you. People respond to you in a different way when they can see who you truly by the clothes you wear. Many people don’t even know generating income has anything to do with what you wear. What if you were to wear a frivolous colored or patterned dress or shirt, because it looked great on somebody else, but doesn’t correspond with who you are inside. People would be baffled about who you are. They would imagine you to be different from who you actually are. This can influence you personally as well as making money.

Are you generating income with the the surroundings in your home and office? The energy you encompass yourself with sends crucial messages about your feelings about money and how you want it to come to you. Are your surroundings conducive to creating wealth? Creating wealth by using the Law of Attraction surrounding you can transform your whole financial situation.

Making a living is uncomplicated when you utilize all three of your energy fields (in you, on you, and around you), otherwise you send confusing messages to the universe and you get stuck by doing so.

Attracting revenue is very much the same process as attracting other things into your life. For example, it is possible to bring a wholesome relationship into your life. To find a love that is entertaining, encouraging, respectful, passionate, intriguing, and fulfilling, there is only one way to do so. You must attract it! Does it sound effortless? Well, in fact, it is. To find a love that is real you have to realize that you draw in your vibrational match. Your goal is to become precisely who you want to attract. To come across the love you want, you must first grow to be a person with the precise attributes you want in the person you are looking for because what comes to you always matches you.

Your life should be a pleasure. You are meant to appreciate your life. To find love, you must first value and love yourself. When you do, you’ll allow fantastic things and individuals to flow naturally to you and you will come across love.

Setting smart objectives is the key to financial freedom for most successful entrepreneurs. Following these 10 tips will assist you in accurately identifying your smart objectives and ensure your efforts are consistently working towards achieving your smart goal.

Ask any successful entrepreneur their secret to success and they’ll tell you their secret lies in setting smart objectives and taking action. To get from where we are today to where we want to be in the future, we need a plan. Without a target, you miss 100% of your shots.

We all have more capacity than we believe we do. Your will to achieve your objectives (an important leadership trait) is far more vital than the actual objectives you have set. Whether your smart goal is financial, personal or business, following these 10 steps will magnify your success.

10 SECRETS TO SMART OBJECTIVES

1.	Your True Purpose

Honor yourself first by making sure the smart objectives you set are goals YOU want to attain personally, not those anticipated of you by others. An important leadership trait is a high level of independence.

2.	Rename Goals to Promises

Most people’s relationship with goals is negative. Harvard University research reveals that of the goals set by the average person 70% are not achieved, however 98% of the promises they make are fulfilled. Change your subconscious mind to focus on promises and note a change in your consequences.

3.	Clear Definitive Promises

Have precise, clear promises so you know what you are shooting for, how to measure improvement and know when you have succeeded. An imprecise promise presents elusive results.

4.	Take Control of External Tools

Every leader needs positive motivators (people in your life that you want to do things for) as well as negative motivators (proving to someone you can achieve). Both motivators urge you to push further.

5.	Develop a Promise Plan

As businesses make use of business plans to plot their success, people should have life plans to plot their success. Define:
•	What your promise is
•	By when you want to achieve it
•	Where you expect to be when you achieve it
•	Why you want to achieve it
•	Who you require to support you in achieving it
•	How you will achieve it. This may not be obvious at the outset but will develop as you evolve towards your smart objectives.

6.	Review Your Smart Objectives Frequently

Successful people reflect with absolute passion on their promises as least 20 minutes a day. This affects the conscious mind to think of new ideas and programs your subconscious mind to produce new habits and expectations to deliver upon.

7.	Positive Affirmations

Continuously tell yourself you will be successful. Be aware of your chosen words as these will influence how you think and act and therefore your results. Your inner voice is tremendously powerful, so listen to it.

8.	Share Your Smart Goals

One of the leadership traits that separates the masses is the willingness to inform others about your promises. This heightens the risk and thus your level of dedication towards achieving them. Furthermore, it helps in expressing your promise as it becomes clearer with each expression you make.

9.	Envisage Your Smart Goals

Visualize the outcome as if you are currently living it. Seeing it, feeling it and believing it comes before achieving it.

10.	Take Action

We are the cause of whether we either succeed or fail. With no action you have no possibility of advancing and achieving your promises. Action is the mark of an effective leader. Why wait another second?

Implementing these smart goal setting ideas will move you closer to accomplishing your promises. Successful entrepreneurs include their promises into their daily actions, resulting in dependable reminders. By taking action every day you are building the foundation for your success – one brick at a time.

Today I want to write about what will make your 2010 New Year’s resolution successful. While this article will certainly apply to those who want to improve their financial situation, it is also good for other areas in your life. Similar to brand new businesses, it seems like the vast majority of New Year’s resolutions fail. Now why is that? Is it because people just aren’t disciplined? Yes. Is it because there is not enough motivation? Yes. What can be done about these things? Well, first consider the following:

There are two main psychological blocks, that New Year’s resolutions create, that need to be overcome.

The first one is that most people who do New Year’s resolutions are not serious. As a matter of fact, I would even say that 99% of people who do them are not serious. Why do I say that? Let’s say that you were in a doctor’s office in November, and you were morbidly obese. You’ve just had a heart attack, and also… let’s say that your name is Clifton. So… your doctor looks you in the eye and says, “Clifton, you are going to have to get in shape immediately or you are going to die”. “You have to start exercising”. “You have to start drinking water”. “You have to stop eating foods that are high in cholesterol”. “If you don’t make these changes, you are not going to live much longer!”

Here is the question. If these events took place in your life, would you then go home and say, “You know… I’m going to make a New Year’s resolution”. “After I eat like a hog in November and December, I’m going to start eating healthy and exercising in January”, and then continue to live the same lifestyle for the next two months? OF COURSE NOT!! If you had some sense, you would make lifestyle changes IMMEDIATELY! Because it would be important.

Therefore, if you are “planning” to act a fool during the holidays, and then decide to be healthy afterwards, how serious are you about being healthy? If you are “planning” to go out and dig yourself DEEP into debt during the holidays, and then decide to be smart with your money starting in the new year, how serious are you about being smart with your money? If you were serious about doing “this” and “that”, then why did you not consider doing “this” and “that” until it came time to do your resolution?

The vast majority of people do resolutions because that’s what they are supposed to do. You’d be hard pressed to go through December and January without someone asking you what yours is. That reason is not going to cut it in the long run, so whatever you decide to do, you must ask yourself, “Why am I doing this?” The cause must invigorate you, or it won’t be worth your while.

Secondly, the reason that New Year’s resolutions fail is an obvious but yet not so obvious one. They are “New Years” resolutions! Think about this. If someone came to you on January 1st and said, “Happy New Year” to you, it would be perfectly acceptable. If someone came to you on January 15th and said, “Happy New Year” to you, it may be a little iffy. If someone came to you in March and said, “Happy New Year” to you, you would probably believe that that person is not playing with a full deck.

The thing is, “New Year’s” resolutions only work in the “New Year” So when the new year is over, your resolution is over. This is why the gyms fill up in January and are empty by March. In March, it is no longer a new year. So if you make a “New Year’s” resolution, then once the year is no longer new, your subconscious mind will tell you that your quest is over! Whatever progress you made will fade into oblivion until, of course, the next “New Year” when it will be time to repeat the short term cycle.

These are the reasons why I recommend not doing a New Year’s resolution at all. I recommend setting goals. Make some that are short term and long term. The rest of this article will deal with how to set goals successfully, because most people who set goals don’t achieve them either. Here are five steps.

Take This Seriously

Like I said before, doing something because you are supposed to is not going to cut it. You have to be 100% committed to your goal(s), as if your life depended on it, and that means start today!

Don’t Be Vague

Vague goals will give you vague results. If you don’t know exactly where you are going, you can end up anywhere. Don’t just say, “I want to save more money than I did last year”. If you do that, then you may end up saving .01 more than you did last year. Exactly how much do you want to save? And by when? Using personal finance budgeting software may help you in this type of situation. You can’t just say, “I want to get rid of some weight”. How much weight! Be specific.

Visualize it

You can have a specific place to go, and you can even have a specific game plan to get there, but if you can’t see where you are going, you won’t get anywhere. You have to know exactly what your goal looks like, and you have to be able to imagine it vividly in order to achieve it. To help with your visualization, you can hang pictures around your house, change the screensaver on your computer, etc, etc… so that your vision is constantly on your mind. This will keep you motivated.

Accountability Is Key

Accountability is key to whatever goal you set. This goes back to the first point of being serious. You can’t just lackadaisically go into your goal. You have to hold yourself accountable, first and foremost. Now I know that for some people, asking them to hold themselves accountable may be kind of shaky. The results are liable to come back “job well done”. This is why personal trainers are popular. Another way to go is to make your goals public! Tell your family and friends and then tell them to make sure to check up on you.

Game Plan

You have to have a step by step game plan to go wherever you want to go. If there is no roadmap to your destination, there will be no destination. Now the best thing to do is to start with the end in mind. Then you will want to make short term goals that will comprise your long term goals.

For example, if you want to save $12,000 in the next year, then you will want to break that down into $1,000 per month. It’s much easier to comprise a game plan to save $1,000 in the next month than it is to comprise a year long plan with no reference points. Now of course, after a month, you may find that you can save $1500, and then you can change your long term plan accordingly.

This game plan must be written! You just can’t have this out in “space” somewhere. It must be written down. This will also help you to visualize what you need.

Once you begin to use these five steps, you should be well on your way to having a happy, full year, starting today.

When we make our New Year resolutions, most of us are driven by what we think we should do (lose weight, give up smoking, find a better job, etc). Some of us have strong will power (a left brain activity), and will drag ourselves out of our bed at 6 AM to visit the gym or throw away all the cigarette packets or go on a diet. And most of us will follow these new regimes and changed lifestyle for a few weeks or months and then suddenly find dozens of reasons why we can’t continue: need to spend more time with family, my boss being horrible in office, girlfriend not liking 6 AM wake up call, the lousy English weather, Gordon Brown’s economic policy, global recession, and so on.

And then back to life as usual. Until next time.

How many times do you think that people try to achieve their new goals before they give up? The average is less than one time. Most people give up even before making the first attempt.

In his book What They Don’t Teach You In The Harvard Business School, the author describes a research conducted between 1979 and 1989 on students graduating out of the school. In 1979, the graduates of the MBA programme were asked if they had set clear, written goals for future and made plans to accomplish them. Only 3% of the graduates reported having written goals and plans, and another 13% had stated that they had goals, but not in written form. The rest 84% had no specific goals at all.

A decade later, in 1989, the same members of the class who had by then settled in their career were interviewed again. The researchers found that the 13% who had goals, albeit unwritten, were earning on average twice as much as the 84% of students who had no clear goals in 1979. But the most surprising findings was that the 3% of graduates who had clear, written goals and plans when they left Harvard were earning, on average, ten times as much as the other 97% of graduates who had no written goals.

What makes written goals so powerful? Commitment and Action

The answer lies in the fact that the process of putting goals down on paper forces you to ask questions which help clarify in your own mind as to what the goals is, how important it is for you, and what obstacles you might face. In fact writing down goals also helps in breaking down big long-term goals into small chunks which provide clarity of steps when it comes to taking action.

But more importantly, I have found that the process also has an important effect on how our mind grapples with future plans we make for ourselves. The planning process itself is a left-brain (our rational brain, conscious mind) thinking, but the process of putting the plans down on paper makes an impact on our sustained commitment to act which requires our sub-conscious (right brain) to be fully engaged. Only when the sub-conscious is fully awake to the rational plans (need to lose weight, make a career change, etc) we make for ourselves, can we get the drive and momentum to keep going.

In the seventies and eighties, a huge amount of research was carried out by several psychologists on how the most successful people set their goals and went on to achieve these. They identified four key factors that made goals powerful and must:
•	Prove-able – Goals must be specific and measurable: want to be ‘rich’, ‘successful’ etc are not measurable; some people will consider themselves rich with a thousand dollars in their pockets, for some a few credit cards in their wallet is enough to give them a feeling of being rich.
•	Positive – goals must be stated in positive terms. Our brain does not understand negative commands: instead of saying ‘I want to lose weight’, write down ‘I (want to) weigh xxx stones’.
•	Present tense – goals must be stated in present tense, as though you had already achieved these goals. For example, you would write, “I weigh xxx stones.” Or, “I run my own business with a turnover of xxxx.”
•	Personal – must be personal to you; i.e., it is in your control. Instead of saying ‘I would like my company to give me a raise’, state as ‘I have exceeded my sales target by 25% and therefore I want to ask for a raise’.

Stanford Technology Ventures Program’s Executive Director Tina Seelig shares rich insights in creative thinking and the entrepreneurial mindset. Her talk, based on her 2009 book, What I Wish I Knew When I Was 20, cites numerous classroom successes of applied problem-solving and the lessons of failure.

Here is the full talk, which is about 50 minutes. Take the time to watch it, it’s well worth it!

And below are 2 sections of the talk I really liked:

Tina Seelig, Executive Director of Stanford Technology Ventures Program, speaks about the lesson that is the crux of entrepreneurship: All problems are opportunities, and the larger the problem, the grander the opportunity. Furthermore, she talks about the challenges that arise in the methods for teaching these concepts, and the necessity to get people out of their comfort zone in order to encourage creative problem-solving. This clip also include a video quote from Vinod Khosla.

Solving problems is an important aspect of entrepreneurship, but it’s not the entire solution. Aspiring students also need to learn how to make their own good luck, says STVP Executive Director Tina Seelig. Hard work is imperative, but it doesn’t always mean a fortunate outcome. It takes optimism, an open mind, shrewd networking skills, and the ability to find the veiled “million dollars in the room.” Seelig cites a personal anecdote where, through perseverance and curiosity, she turned an encounter with a stranger over frozen lemonade in a grocery store into a long-lasting relationship and a helicopter ride to a private ski resort overseas.

We all know that there are many people who don’t make it in the Network Marketing industry. It’s not because of the industry. Maybe they didn’t choose the right opportunity for them. But most likely it is because they don’t know how to do it or they know, but they are not following the rules of a successful business. If you know someone that could fit that description, read below and foward them the 10 golden rules of Network Marketing:

1. Purpose

This is first because it is fundamental. This is the “why” you are doing the business. The “why” is different for everybody, so when I ask my possible partners (read prospects) why they want to do this business and they answer me that they want ”more money”, I know I have to dig a little bit deeper. The “why” must be emotional, not logical. A good “why” would be that this person is “scared that she won’t have enough to retire and will loose her home” or that this other person “is sad because she can’t spend time with her kids, so she would like to work from home to spend time with her kids“. See here the “scared” and “sad” emotions. If someone doesn’t have an emotional “why”, he or she will quit at the first disappointment.

2. Plan

This is the “how“. You have a strong “why” and you must now find out how you are going to do this business. You must put together a plan of action. A good way to do it would be to work with our upline so they can help you find the best marketing plan for you to use. When you have a plan, write it down, this will make it “real”.

3. Belief

At all times, you must believe. You must believe that you are in the right industry, the right company with the right product and that you have the right team to support you. Most importantly you must believe in yourself! There are so many people with no dream, no hope who will try to bring you down. You must keep believing. Successful people believe in what they do.

4. Goals

I like the saying “a goal is a dream with an expiration date“. This would be the end result of your plan. Like the plan, you must write it down and give figures: How many customers do you want this month? This week? How may new partners? When do you want to reach the next level in your organization? You must know “when” and “how many” or “how much“. Then as you develop your business, compare your progress with your plan and adjust your daily actions to reach your goals.

5. Optimism

You will always find people who have opinions different than yours. You must respect them but you don’t want them to affect your belief. You must stay optimistic about what you are doing at all times. You may have a bad week where you didn’t talk to enough people, where you didn’t sponsor anybody and it’s ok. You must stay positive and work hard to catch up the week after.

6. Commitment

Stick with it! You may have doubts at times and many people will try to talk you out of it, even some family members who will think you have been brainwashed in “one of those pyramid schemes“… Don’t give up, they don’t have the knowledge that you do. They are stuck in their lives and you are evolving, growing. Successful people know it and they never give up. When they have an idea and a goal, they do whatever it takes to make it happen.

7. People skills

Network Marketing is a people business. Your success is strongly linked to other people (your team members) success. You must help people to help yourself. You should focus on ”building your downline without building you downline“. What does that mean? It means that if you focus on helping people reach their goals, if you help them solve their problems, you will see your organization grow as a result. This is what marketing is all about : helping people solve their problems (using your solution of course!)

8. Lead by example

People follow people. You can tell people to do something, if you are not doing what you are telling them to do, people will not do it. If you want your team to use a training system, then you must yourself use the system. Lead by example. This is a very obvious notion but many people forget it.

9. Take action

If there is only one rule you must remember, it has to be this one. You must take action! You must know the saying that says: “knowledge is power“. Well, in my opinion, it is incomplete. It should says: “APPLIED knowledge is power“! You may know many things but if you don’t use what you know, you will not get anything out of it. So make sure that if you learn a new marketing method, you will apply it in your business. Results come from actions not from thinking about it.

10. Create leaders

The ultimate goal of network marketing is to create leverage. You achieve success when you create true leverage within your downline. So take step 1 to 9 and teach them to your team members. You must find, in your team, who is ready to work hard an succeed. Then focus on these people and create leaders. Then teach those leaders to create leaders in their organization. This is the way to strong leverage and real freedom.

I did for the longest time. One of my trainers and mentors shared these 5 Legitimate business reason on how to get an appointment. Learn, practice and apply these so that you can become very highly skilled and getting appointments.

Here are 5 Legitimate reasons that someone should meet with you for an appointment:

Because knowledge and good information is never a disadvantage.

Because it always makes sense for good people to meet.

Because if your situation changes I want to be the first phone call that you make.

So that you can be crystal clear on what you are saying no too.

Because even if you don’t have an interest you may know someone who does and all good business is referral business and I would appreciate the referral.

Here is a great line to take the pressure off, “You may have an interest and you may not, either way is fine.”

To Your Success,

This is so true. Do you have a Rich mindset or a Poor mindset?

The Following is a List of the Top 16 Principles of the Rich!

1. The Broke think everything is too good to be true, while the rich think that getting a job sounds too bad to be true.

2. Broke people give up when things don’t go their way; a few disappointments and they are onto something else, saying things like ‘it wasn’t for me’. The rich work harder and become more determined when things go bad, and understand that you have to take the bad with the good to make it.

3. Broke people always have an excuse. Rich people say ‘my fault’ and refuse to make excuses.

4. Broke people think that not getting what they want is OK. Rich people are disgusted at the thought of not getting what they want and will do whatever it takes.

5. Broke people always have to talk it over with their broke friends to make sure no one will make fun of them if they make a decision. Rich people think for themselves and couldn’t care less what their broke friends think.

6. Broke people are never coachable and teachable. Rich people are always learning, even when the money starts coming in, they never stop learning from those who were there first.

7. Broke people are scared of others. Rich people entrust in others and know that other people are crucial for their success.

8. Broke people are always procrastinating; they would rather talk about it, read about it, think about it, but never seem to do anything. Rich people hate doing anything but getting it done.

9. Broke people are glad when the day is over. Rich people love when the day begins.

10. Broke people think rich people are lucky. Rich people put themselves into a position to be ‘lucky’, and then work hard to make the ‘luck’ show up.

11. Broke people work by the hour. Rich people work by the month. Broke people want to know that after 1 hour of work they have something to show for it. Rich people find broke people who think like that and make them their employees.

12. Broke people get excited they just got hired. Rich people think it is funny that someone could be fooled that easily; they are just making the rich person richer.

13. Broke people complain a lot. Rich people are thankful that no one shot at them today, they didn’t have to fight in a war, and that they don’t have a job.

14. Broke people are too concerned about what other people are doing. Rich people are only concerned about what they can be doing to get more done. Broke people think that if no one is doing something, it must suck. Rich people think that if no one is doing something, it means more money for them. Broke people think that if everyone (all 200 people at the meeting in a city of 1 million) is doing something, it must be saturated.
Rich people think that broke people aren’t too bright.

15. Broke people think it is OK for other people to live where they want to live, drive what they want to drive, and do what they want to do. Broke people are OK with the fact that they can’t do these things. Rich people get sick just thinking about being average.

16. Broke people think that other people’s opinions are worth more than their dreams. Rich people know that their dreams are worth more than other people’s opinions.

“To be rich, you must learn from the broke and do not do what they do nor think how they think.”

NOW THE CHOICE IS UP TO YOU!

by John Marshall on July 1, 2009

So you have made the leap! You have started your own home based business. It might be full time or just a few hours a week but, you have gone where every American wants to go! So you thought it was going to be cool to get out of bed at 8:45 and make coffee and get to your computer at 9:00. Watch T.V. in the background while you worked all day or maybe you were just thinking of getting a afternoon nap in everyday!

It is all good until the 3rd day and reality sets in. Your Not Getting Anything Done!! It’s not easy to stay productive and effective when you’re working at home, especially if you have family or a roommate around. Well no need to panic, it is possible to be productive from home you just have to hold yourself accountable.

1. Work Space
Many people don’t have any extra rooms in their house to make into a office, so they are forced to work from the sofa or kitchen table. If you are going to be working from home full time you need to designate one spot to work. If you have to clean a corner out in your bedroom then do so. You must have a place where you can close a door and get away from the busy parts of the house!

2.Tell People You’re Working
Don’t let your spouse or kids keep bothering you. You must have a place to close the door and tell them you are working when the door is closed. Don’t have your friends over to watch Sports Center or The View in the morning, tell them you can hang out with them after 5:00. Remember your not being mean, this is your business and you have to be able to work!

3.Get A Routine
If you are working full time from home or just a few hours a week get into the routine of doing the same thing day in and day out. That means get up every morning at the same time and start working at the same time every morning. If you start to sleep in on just one or two days you start to develop a new routine.

4. Make A Schedule
This goes with getting in a routine. Make a schedule and hold yourself to that schedule. It will help you stay on track and you won’t forget to do things.

5. Make A To-Do-List
This is still my favorite productive tip. Keep a piece of paper next to you and when things come up that aren’t on your schedule put them on your to-do-list. You can also put your schedule and your to-do-list on your computer to help you stay organized.

6. Stay on Task
Don’t get off your schedule and forget to finish your to-do-list! Its hard to hold yourself accountable when you don’t have a boss looking after you. So when you feel yourself getting off task just stop and ask yourself how bad do I want my business to succeeded Its all up to you, your accountable.

7. No TV
This one is a no brainier NO TV while you are working! Now I know a few of you reading this are like I work better with the TV on. If you are one of those people have at it. I’m not going to argue with you. Now if you are the other person who knows it is bad for you, just leave it off.

8. Take Breaks
Take Breaks just like you do at work! Take a lunch hour and get out of the house, get your blood flowing. If you try and work non- stop you are going to get burnout! Take your dog for a quick walk, get fresh air, and your Productivity will go up!

9. Getting Dressed
Many people when they work at home think rolling out of bed and walking to work in your PJ’s is the greatest thing in the world. The downside is being in PJ’s most of the day probably won’t help. There’s a formality about getting dressed that prepares us mentally for the job ahead.

10. Business Phone Line
Have a separate line for business only! Now at 1st you might be keeping your cost down, but when you can work it into the budget, it’s a must. I have used Skype for a year now and have a phone number with them. Its only $10/month and my phone is on my computer!

11. When You Are Off, You Are Off
Enjoy your time off! If you stop working at 5:30 and your business phone line rings at 8:30, let your voicemail get it! Don’t let your work take over your home life, it’s a must if you don’t want to get burned-out .

12. E-mails
Don’t spend hours a day looking at your e-mails! Build it in your Schedule and do it one to two times a day. So many people spend half the day reading e-mails for nothing. If it doesn’t build your business, don’t do it!

13. Have Fun
Working at home should be fun! It is becoming the new American dream, so don’t get overwhelmed and stressed out, just sit back and enjoy the ride.

MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 is Mike Dillard’s current flagship course. And it is powerful. Because it is powerful he had to limit the number of people in the class. But there is an exception… Because he wants to reward people who take initiative to build their business, he has it for sale for people who buy one of his other courses! And he has it a 70% off!

So how to get it ? Just buy a copy of Magnetic Sponsoring (it is an incredible course for the ridiculous price of $39.95 with a full 12 months guarantee!) and during the check-out process, Mike will have a one time offer for you to buy the MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 course. Make sure you don’t close the offer window or skip through it, otherwise it’s gone forever!

This is the only way for you to get your hands on a copy so if you want to see how this will teach you how to explode your business, don’t hesitate and get a copy of Mike Dillard Magnetic Sponsoring and get your spot in MLM Traffic Formula 2.0.

And because I want you to get the most of the course, I will contact you personally (email or phone if you provide it) to make sure you get everything OK and to help you get started immediately.

Here is my original post:

Hi guys, it’s been a while since I wrote something. There is a good reason for this. I was on vacations back in my home country France to visit my family and friends. I had a blast! We had perfect weather and I was very happy to see my dad starting his own business after 30 years working for someone else! Awesome! Now, for me too, it’s back to reality and back to business!

I was going through my many many many emails I got while away and today I got this one message from Mike Dillard about MLM Traffic Formula 2.0. I am used to the regular email from Mike telling me that the new video is ready as I’ve been following the course for the past 2 months (it’s been really good to push my business to the next level). But today’s email was different. He had good news for those who missed out on the launch back in June. I you want to seriously invest in your business, you’re in luck as he has decided to re-open the doors tomorrow Thursday August 20th at 7am Central. There is a bad news though. It will stay open for 19 hours only!

So if you’ve been struggling with your business and you are wondering how to use the Internet to reach success, plug in Mike Dillard MLM Traffic Formula 2.0, follow each step that comes with each video lesson and I guarantee you, you will be successful. Actually, Mike guarantees it to you himself, if you’re not satisfied withing 60 days, you can ask to have your money back!

So if you’re serious, and for more details, I recommend you go directly to the MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 webpage and read what you can get on the inside.

If you want to get a free online DVD first, check out this page where you can get access to a free 36 minute video Mike put together earlier this year.

This morning I started my day by reading this awesome email I received from one wonderful, very successful lady and a great Network Marketing coach. I had the chance to meet her in several occasions and she has always given me incredible advice on how to tune my mindset into a successful state of thinking.

Her message is about the importance of mindset and more precisely the importance of Goals and Values in your life. Read her story below and think about YOUR life. Do you have goals that you are trying to reach of are you just sliding through life with no purpose?

Good Morning,

As I write this, it’s just after dawn and it’s a crisp 50 degrees in Portland which in and of itself is truly a miraculous concept as the early morning hours of the deserts surrounding Phoenix ‘cool’ to 100 degrees this time of year! How great is it that our industry allows us the ability to have unfettered geographic freedom to live and work and play wherever or whenever in the world we want [or happen] to be? I love our industry on so many levels with geographic freedom not being the least of those reasons.

Today’s lesson is regarding the importance of Goals & Values as they pertain to our life and business. It was inspired by a private conversation with my friend, partner [...], regarding my ‘best laid plans’ email. (Thanks for being my muse, Pete. I adore you.)

Of the Six Simple Things required of us to be successful in this venture, the most important of all happens to be the issue of Goals & Values. Not prone to small talk, it also happens to be my favorite subject matter. Why? Because without goals, we mortals are destined to be nothing more than a ‘wandering generality’ relegated to the crumbs and leftovers of life. I know this first hand.

Friends, it’s important that I share with you that I was not born a competent, successful, network marketer. I, like you, was born with one ability. The ability to cry out for help. To cry if I was hungry, wet, cold or lonely. Everything in my life that I’ve accomplished since then is a learned ability. I was taught to walk and speak and play and dress myself. I learned to be polite and say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’. To catch the school bus and to learn to read and write. To work. To pray. To overcome disappointment. To grieve. To heal deep wounds to my heart and soul. To be happy. To plan. To think. And, it’s the ‘thinking’ part that has made all the difference in how my life has turned out.

When I was little, I felt truly blessed. Born out of wedlock, I was deeply loved by my mother and her family. My father, an American serviceman, returned to the Philippines to marry my mother just before my second birthday. What a miraculous gift he gave my family! Very few children who shared my life circumstances had father’s who returned for them and their mothers.

My father, in his youth, was truly a remarkable man. Born in the hollers of Kentucky to a coal miner and his wife, he was very funny and a borderline genius. As bright as he was, he was pretty much left to raise himself. He was quite lonely as a young child. As a young adult, he wasn’t encouraged to attend college. It never came up in conversation. Having completed high school he did what he was expected to do. He enlisted in the army.

[...] my father, was self-educated and had a voracious appetite for knowledge. He taught his five children to love great literature, music, and poetry. I owe so much to him for the example he set for me to follow (but I owe him more for what he taught me NOT do).

Dad had a great love for poetry. He would read some of the most remarkable things to us for our bedtime stories. Gathered at his feet like little chicks, his five children would hear the sonnets of Robert Frost, Walt Whitman, Emily Dickenson, William Shakespeare, just to name a few. Hauntingly beautiful words that I allowed to shape my life and thoughts. But the poem that stayed with me the longest comes from the Scottish poet, Robert Burns, “To A Mouse, on Turning Her Up in Her Nest, with the Plough”.

Though written in the lilting archaic language of the 18th century, it’s none-the-less beautiful, if only for its most memorable line, “The best laid schemes o’mice an’ men gang aft agley.” It’s the ‘gang aft agley’ that would make me and my siblings giggle with delight. It was simply so much fun to say! That aside, this line has nearly become a modern day proverb:

‘The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.’

Or, in modern vernacular, “S_ _ t happens. Deal with it.”

My father’s plans for his life were chaotic at best. Devastatingly destructive at worst. A wandering generality, Dad had no well thought out plan. To make it worse, he was racked with self-doubt and loathing. His aimlessness, complicated by gran mal epileptic seizures, caused him to eventually lose his sanity, and our life instantly became filled with the terror of having a mad man loose in our home.

The most horrible part was that Dad would have flashes of sanity where he was his funny, good natured self for a period of time [giving us hope of normalcy], only to have him vanish once more into the dark abyss of his mind. He died in prison in 2001, having served 28 years of a life sentence for first degree murder. That said, it was during one of his dark retreats that I learned to set goals for my life. To be determined to not live my life as my father had led his. I was 16 years old.

One of the greatest compliments I have ever received comes from a childhood friend, ‘Pami Jo’. Unlike me, Pam came from the right side of the tracks, but she shared the same sense of pathos as I. Her family was not immune from the tragedies of their own dark secrets. As children, Pam and I walked the journey our difficult childhoods together. Pam’s life, unlike mine, has been fraught with sorrow and addiction. That’s how she chose to deal with her pain. But we have remained friends through all the vissisitudes of life, and I am glad to say Pam, at age, 49, beat her demons and has been clean and sober for three years. Her goal was to LIVE and, at last, become a good mother to her children.

A few years ago, when asked to sum up our friends in one word, Pam’s word for me was “determined”. I was simply the most determined person Pam had ever met… and her word for me, made me cry. Why? Because, Pam [along with my best friend and now, business partner], were both with me that day in February 1973, when I became determined.

Having survived a savage beating from my father, my friends, Pami Jo and Mary, were there to help put back all the pieces and to tenderly care for my blackened eyes and badly shaken spirit. I share this with you not to make you sad, but to give you hope and inspiration. The physical wounds I suffered that day, healed quickly, but it was my heart and mind that took years to mend and repair. Without determined thinking on my part, and the words of Robert Burns ringing in my ears, I never would have survived my childhood.

That winter’s day, so long ago, I determined:

Not to allow my spirit to be broken.

To never put myself in a situation where I would be battered or abused under ANY circumstance whatsoever.

To live a stable, sane, prosperous life.

To work hard and to have a plan.

To provide a better life for my children than my parents were able to give me.

To be happy, and free, and to make a difference.

Of the things I mentioned, ‘to work hard and to have a plan’, made all the difference. I owe my father’s example for this pearl of wisdom. The price we paid was high, but we paid it, and without regret.

Friends, what do you value in your life? What plans have you made that you’re willing, through shear will and determination, to see through to completion? What obstacles are you willing to face down, some painfully real and happening right here, right now, and some in your long ago past?

Learning to set a clear path for your life is a learned discipline. There is nothing I’ve created in my life that I haven’t learned to say or do, that includes everything required for you to build a successful and meaningful business. As for you? Everything and anything is possible if you’re determined to make things right no matter what goes wrong. Don’t be discouraged by difficult circumstances. Most of the things we worry about are not life-threatening. Consider the field mouse who had her nest uprooted by Robert Burn’s plough. Life happens. Deal with it… and then move on with your plan. Otherwise, we’re left to become a wandering generality, eating the crumbs of our life from the prison cells of our mind.

Today, I encourage you to begin writing out a plan for your life. I was 16 years old when my plan started coming together. I was 27 when I wrote it down for the first time. I was 33 when I fully understood the power of written Goals & Values. It was then that I was able to change the course of my life. Today, at age 52, I stand in awe of all that can be accomplished in so short a period of time. And, with tears in my eyes and a debt of gratitude in my heart, I tip my hat to that young girl of 16, who determined to have a better life than the one she was currently living.

If we want all our industry has to offer us, if we truly want to ‘live life as it should be’, we must be willing to do what is required of us. We must be determined in our actions and in our thinking and planning. Other wise, there is no road map to help us get back on track when our plans go awry.

Even WITH a clear road map, our best laid plans still have the potential to ‘gang aft agley’, BUT, our road map can help us navigate the most treacherous moments of our lives. I speak from experience. When all appeared lost, when everything had gone awry, my written Goals & Values served as my beacon of light and delivered me to this safe and happy harbor in which I find myself today. I wish the same for you.

As to getting started on your goals? If you can, and just for the fun of it, go see ‘UP’ and then come home, and with a clean sheet of paper, jot down all the things you want to do with your life. It could be 30 things or 300 things. From there, narrow it down to 16 Things. Divide them into four sets of short term and long term goals. One year. Three years. Five years. Ten years. Four things per year. Then, write one [detailed] paragraph about each thing you want to accomplish. Time, place, color, where, when, with whom. This discipline of writing about them helps put into place the things required to accomplish those goals based on the time you’ve allotted.

Be realistic and set your goals just slightly, but not impossibly, out of your reach. I want you to feel a sense of accomplishment when you reach them, not a sense of failure. Earn enough money to hire a housekeeper and lawn crew is a great example of a short term goal. Buy a motorcoach and, to your hearts desire, spend as much time on vacation as you’d like could be a great ten year goal (interesting to share with you that I planned this trip, a gift for my husband, in December 1999. The universe took care of how it would happen and saw to it that I would be here, writing to you, from beautiful Portland. Ah, the power of written Goals & Values!).

Friends, nothing happens by accident. We either plan our life or have others plan it for us. Don’t let you life be buffeted by circumstances. Don’t destine yourself to becoming a wandering generality. Plan you life and live your plan. Then, when things ‘gang aft agley’, you’ll hear the giggling of little children as you correct your course and get back on track.

Onward and upward.

Much Love.

Cindy

It is simple but it touches a very strong point. It all starts with a choice.

Look back at your life, do you feel that you are moving forward? When was the last time you made a choice that changed your everyday schedule?

When you look at where you are going today, how does your life look like 5 years from now? It is different? Better? If it looks the same, maybe it is time for you to stop for a minute and think what you could do differently today to impact your life to a better future.

Your success isn’t a matter of luck,
it’s simply a matter of the choices you make.

Success isn’t something you can wait for,
it’s something you’ll achieve with effort over time.
But, things won’t turn up in this world until you turn them up.

You can choose to be lazy or ambitious.
Stop and think about your choice again.
You always do your own choosing.

The great opportunity in your life is where you are right now.
Every situation, properly perceived, is an opportunity for you.

First, say to yourself what you would be, and then do
what you have to do to make things happen.

Being successful is a choice you make.

To You Success,

Have you ever wondered if there was a miracle recipe for a Happy Prospecting in your MLM? I wondered for a long time until I discovered this the 3 Rules for a Happy Prospecting!

If you missed the first 2 parts, check out “[intlink id="337" type="post"]The 1 Trick to Have People Asking you for More Information About Your Business, Guaranteed![/intlink]” and “[intlink id="354" type="post"]Find out Why the Subconscious Mind of Your MLM Prospects is the Barrier![/intlink]” before you continue reading this post.

Let’s jump into the good stuff right away! If you don’t have the skills, prospecting can be very painful with people rejecting you even before you can say “hello”. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to follow the 3 rules of a happy prospecting:

1. Its gotta be Rejection Free

Why? People won’t try it long if they are rejected when they try.

2. Does Not Embarrass or Pressure prospect

Why? Its bad manners. It’s not a good feeling having people avoiding you because you are rude.

3. Extremely High Probability of Success

Why? If if does not work people will stop trying very quickly.

If everybody is OK with those three rules, let’s see how this can be accomplished.

What we talked about in “[intlink id="337" type="post"]The 1 Trick to Have People Asking you for More Information About Your Business, Guaranteed![/intlink]” and “[intlink id="354" type="post"]Find out Why the Subconscious Mind of Your MLM Prospects is the Barrier![/intlink]” is by far one of the strongest approach of prospecting as we saw that curiosity is one of the strongest unconscious trigger of actions.

So the process of arousing curiosity can be summarize in 3 simple steps:

1. Pick curiosity with the “Hey John, I just found out…”

2. Insert a benefit statement, what’s in it for them

3. Change the subject

Let’s see an example, I separate each steps:

“Hey Mary, I just found out

how Mom’s can make more money part time at home than their husbands do full time. If you know anybody who would like to know more about it, just ask.

Could you please pass the [salt]?”

And you’re done. The curiosity is pickedand know you just wait for them to bounce back at you. If they stay on another subject, then you instantly know that they are not ready to talk about it. But it’s OK, you can always come back to them later with another benefit statement.

But most of the time, the curiosity will be so strong that they will ask:

“What do you mean?” or “Oh, really, how does that work?”

You have accomplished what you wanted, which is THEM asking YOU for more information, not YOU pushing your information to THEM. You have followed the 3 rules:

1. It is rejection free

2. You did not pressure your prospect

3. It has a very high probability of success

What is so powerful about this is that you don’t have to remember tens or hundreds of “sales” pitch for different types of people. This is always the same, except for the benefit statement that you adapt to you prospect. Here are some you can use:

“Hey Mary, I just found out how to get a 100 tax rebate every week. If you know anybody who would like to know more about it, just ask. Could you please pass the [salt]?”

“Hey Mary, I just found out how secretary’s can make more money part time than their bosses do full time. If you know anybody who would like to know more about it, just ask. Could you please pass the [salt]?”

“Hey Mary, I just found out how students can make more money part time than their professors do full time. If you know anybody who would like to know more about it, just ask. Could you please pass the [salt]?”

You get the picture! This is so effortless that I am sometimes ashamed of using this but why would you use something complicated when there is a simple solution, right?

What happens next?

When you picked your prospect interest and he asked you more about it by a “What do you mean?” or “Oh, really, how does that work?”, don’t fall in the trap of jumping on the occasion for vomiting your opportunity on them. Remember, people like to buy but they don’t like to be sold to.

So when they ask you for more, don’t raise the ”anti-sales” filter but make them ask you for a presentation. How do you do that? That will be the last part of our series, tomorrow!

Following yesterday’s post where we discussed about how to listen to people and not just hear what they have to say, today’s post is about giving a positive feedback. This can be adapted to giving feedback to a prospect or if you decide to coach some of your team members, it can be used to keep them motivated and have them feel good about what they do.

So, one of your team members or downline is doing a good job, they have sponsored 5 new people this week. It is time for you to acknowledge it and keep him on the right track by giving a constructive positive feedback. Find below the 8 tips for giving others positive feedback.

1. Be Timely

Giving someone positive feedback should be done as soon after the event as possible. This will keep the energy and the momentum high.

2. Be Specific

If leaders/coaches/trainers want certain behaviors repeated they need to be very specific in the type of positive feedback they give. The more detailed it is, the more likely the behavior or action will be repeated.

3. Describe the Impact

Most team members like to know how their work ties into the bigger picture or the larger scheme of things such as meeting the objectives of the team, reaching a personal or team goal, or getting a new title or rank in the organization.

4. Do Not Overdo It

There are many people who give their team members too much positive feedback. When this occurs the impact of the important feedback is diminished and the praise may seem insincere.

5. Keep It Pure

For example, “Vincent, I want to congratulate you on such an excellent presentation on our new mobile line. The audience recognized all the new features and how those features will be of benefit. I am sure we will sell millions.” At this time it may be good time for a constructive criticism if you have one to add. Remember it is good to congratulate and have the other person feel good but it is even better to help them learn everyday.

6. Keep It Congruent

The verbal, visual and vocal components of the message have to be in sync. Be careful about your body language. If you give a positive feedback but start to lean back or walk away, the impact will be diminished and ineffective. Don’t forget to look the other person in the eyes and make a connection.

7. Do Give It

In many organizations managers are hesitant to give positive feedback. They do not see their managers or their colleagues giving positive feedback. So they don’t either. Effective managers need to break this cycle and give their team members positive feedback when they deserve it.

8. Make It Private (And Public)

There has been a disagreement for many years as to whether or not positive feedback should be given in private or made public. In my opinion, both are appropriate. Find out what your team member prefers and tailor your praise to his style.

—

Now you have them, how do you actually implement them?

3 simple little actions!

Step 1: Specifically describe the behavior or performance that deserves positive feedback: “I like the new design for the cover of our new brochure!“.

Step 2: Describe why it deserves positive feedback: “The new design is sure to drastically increase sales“.

Step 3: Give the positive feedback: “Great job Vincent“.

If you implement those three simple steps you will see great result in having your team members achieving great results. And remember, they are looking at you as a leader so everything you do, they will do.

To Your Success,

Hi guys, I came across these information and I figured I should share with my fellow entrepreneurs. It’s all about Listening. It’s actually about Active listening which is not only listening for meaning and understanding, but also listening to let the other person know that they have been listened to, heard, and understood.

Listening is a very difficult skill to master. It is mainly due to 3 factors. The first, if you are in a committee of people, paying attention to everything is difficult. The second, because of how your brain is wired, you will have to pay attention all the time and it is exhausting. The third and last is out of your control and it is external noise factors.

So how to you become a master at listening? Keep reading.

What are the 10 Habits of the Highly Effective Listeners

1. Highly effective listeners work at listening.
2. Highly effective listeners look for a common area of interest in the speaker’s message.
3. Highly effective listeners maintain an open mind.
4. Highly effective listeners avoid distractions.
5. Highly effective listeners ask for feedback.
6. Highly effective listeners can separate content from delivery.
7. Highly effective listeners comprehend nonverbal communication.
8. Highly effective listeners use active listening to help them make decisions.
9. Highly effective listeners always have a goal in mind when they are listening.
10. Highly effective listeners realize that sometimes they have to admit that they are unable to listen at a particular time.

The Active Listening Skills

Listening Non-Verbally

Listening is not only about words.

Vocally
- Tone
- Rate
- Volume

Visually
- Facial Expressions/Eye Contact
Your facial expressions need to be consistent (congruent) with the feelings you are expressing. Eye contact should be direct, relaxed, and steady, not staring.
- Proximity
The physical distance or space between two people has a large impact on how successful the listening experience will be. If you are too far away, the listener will get the impression that you are not interested and really do not want to be involved in the listening situation. If you are too close you have “invaded” someone’s space and as soon as you do, the listening stops.
- Body Language
Active listeners face the person, lean slightly toward that person, hold their heads up, have relaxed arms and hands, and use natural but energetic and purposeful movements.

The Four Types of Feedback

While listening, stay focused on the feedback you are giving and look at what your prospect body language is as well. There are 4 types of feedback.

Negative Feedback
- “If we do it this way it will never work.”
- “I know you are trying hard, but you just do not seem to get it.”
- “Those designs are not what the client is looking for.
- “You just do not care about your work.”

Silent or No Feedback
Often managers forget to give feedback because they think their team members already know when they are doing well or not. A lot of team members really do not know unless their managers tell them. You do not want to be in Erasure Mode.

Constructive Feedback (coaching)
When a team member is not performing as needed, it is your responsibility to give them feedback and help them develop an action plan to improve their performance.

Positive Feedback
Positive feedback is letting team members know what they are doing right and how it positively influences the work environment. Providing positive feedback correctly is very valuable because it can increase confidence and improve performance. While it is best given face to face, if necessary, it may also be given by phone, or e-mail. The important thing is to give positive feedback sincerely, timely, and often: “Catch people doing things right.”

As you can see, listening is more than only hearing what people are saying. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Listening is actually more than a skill, I would consider it as an Art!

Most working people always think of that dream called “financial freedom”. It definitely looks like something that everybody would want. If you ever went to a business opportunity meeting for any Network Marketing company, you most likely heard the speaker tell you that it can bring you “financial freedom”. It sounds appealing. But did you ever stopped and think about what it means for you?

I was reading an article yesterday where the readers where asked “what does financial freedom means for you?” Here is a collection of answers:

Financial freedom, is when you are not thinking about financial value.

financial freedom means , you are already in a position where money is no longer an issue…

financial freedom is when your incomes are higher than the money you spend every month

I started to read these answers and I was surprised (or was I?) to see how many people had no clue what financial freedom is. Do you agree with those? Do you think financial freedom is having enough money today? Is it to have an income that covers what you spend every month? What a joke! I know people with a JOB making $30,000 a year and able to pay their bills. Are they financially free? I doubt it! WHat would happen if they were to loose their job tomorrow? Would they still be able to pay there bills?

Here are some more interesting answers:

When you have enough assets to cash-flow your future w/o having a J.O.B.

Your Residual Income is able cover Total sum of any expenses you may have any time

Financial freedom is passive income that exceeds a persons living expenses.

I like those answers better. “To have a residual income that covers any expenses at any time”. Not bad. My favorite:

Financial Freedom is when your income no more depends on your physical presence and performance [Residual/Passive Income]. You work once in your life and money keeps coming in again and again forever. You dont have to trade your time for money.

What is your definition of financial freedom?

Have you ever had a prospects telling you that they are not very interested because they “don’t have time“? I am sure you have. I know I have. Have you ever sponsored someone who was really excited to get started but only to find out after a couple of weeks that this person hasn’t started anything yet?

What most people do not realize is that the problem is not a lack of time, the problem is a lack of belief! Your role as sponsor and mentor is to have them believe in the system you have in place and help them achieve their goals.

The reality

The reality is that so many people get started in Network Marketing or MLM on an impulse. Remember, more than 90% of all purchases are emotional. This is no different. Some people are very sceptical and need a lot of time before deciding to get started and some people are ready to sign up immediately. This is a great feeling (your business is growing!) but remember you ALWAYS want to qualify your prospects! You have to make sure that these persons will have time and consistency to develop their business.

This is critical because Network Marketing is NOT a Get Quick Rich scheme. It is hard work. And make sure you check very diligently the opportunity of whoever tells you differently. If such a thing existed, everybody would be doing it already.

I met a lady who decided to get started with Network Marketing more than 6 months ago now and who was not seeing results. I went on to asking her questions about herself and her family and eventually she started to tell me how she had to go to work everyday, commute, take the kids to activities, do some house work, and the list continued for a while. I started to wonder how her sponsor was able to qualify her!

No matter how excited your prospects are, if you sponsor them and they end up not doing anything, it will frustrate them because they don’t see any results and it will frustrate you because you will not see any result!

A guaranteed system?

Is time the real problem? When you think about it, everybody have 24 hours a day. How come some people with families, full time jobs and some other activities actually become successful? Do they have more hours per day? NO.

Their secret? They believe that they will succeed and then they find the time to achieve that!

Imagine this situation. Someone start talking to you and tells you that this company, will guarantee that if you spend 1 hour per day, 7 days a week, you will make money within 6 to 12 months. Remember, it is guaranteed. Would you find this 1 hour per day to work on this business? I believe the answer would be YES!

The problem is not a lack of time, it’s a lack of belief!

Do you want your organization to grow and keep growing month after month? If so, your role is to make sure on a first place that you have qualified people really believing that they can do it! And they can!If you have system in place to help you do that. Some people often forget that in Network Marketing and MLM, you work for the people you sponsor and not the other way around. It is also true in the corporate world but most of the managers forget that. So take a good look at the company you are with and ask yourself these two questions :

“Is there a system in place that will help me grow my business by showing people how to do the same?”

“Do I believe that this system will help me grow my business?”

If the answer is no to either of these questions, well, I am sorry to tell you that you most likely picked the wrong company or you have the wrong mindset. Did you forget to ask the hard questions before you signed-up? Were you lied to? The bottom line is that it is time for a reality check. Go to your upline today and ask everything you have to ask.

The Pareto Principle, also known as the 20/80 Rule, is an interesting phenonenum that has many implications for those practicing sales, marketing, netowrking and even MLM. The concept is defined as: for many events, 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. It applies in may aspects of life even though you may not even have realised it, you are seeing its effects every day.

80% of a country’s wealth will be held by 20% of the population.

80% of the sales come from 20% of the customers.

80% of your stock comes from 20% of your suppliers.

80% of your sales will come from 20% of your sales force.

The Pareto principle is almost an universal truth and can be applied to our lifes as well. How does that relate to our Network Marketing or MLM Business?

80% of the results will come from 20% of your efforts. Don’t try to be to perfectionist for everything. Only focus on what you think will produce the best result.

80% of your success will come from 20% of the people you sponsor. Find the right 20% and you will be successful. That may not happen right away but keep this in mind.

80% of the results will come from 20% the time you spend. Don’t waste time on little details, they will not make themselves worth your time!

So what’s in for you? Stop all these little things you want to do and think for a minute if they are part of the 20% you should focus on. Are they?
